Shipping Policy

Most items are made-to-order and ship directly from our production partners. This page explains processing, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. If you still have questions, email support@theflyingfrog.store.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. (International coming soon!)
Processing time
Production typically begins within 24 hours of purchase and is usually completed in a few business days. Timelines may extend during holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping time & carriers
Transit times depend on your location and the item(s) ordered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (automatically selected for the best route).
Heads-up: Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages—each with its own tracking number.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible—we can adjust only before production starts. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered delivered.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If you purchased Norton Shopping Guarantee Package Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage. Use the claim link in your order email, or contact us and we’ll help you file the claim.
If you did not purchase Package Protection and your package is delayed, marked “delivered” but not received, or arrives damaged, please email us— we’ll review carrier options and next steps.
Before filing a claim: wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark “delivered” early), check with neighbors/household, and verify the address on your order confirmation.
Shipping fees & promos
Any shipping costs are shown at checkout. Discounts and free-shipping promos apply to the merchandise subtotal before taxes.
Holiday & peak seasons
Production and transit times may be longer during peak seasons. We’ll communicate any widespread delays when we’re aware of them.
Returns & exchanges
Because most items are custom-made when you order, we handle returns case-by-case. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
