Refunds & Returns Policy
Each item is made-to-order. While we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, we’ll quickly replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible for Refunds/Replacements
- Item arrived damaged or defective.
- Wrong item, color, or size was sent.
- Printing/embroidery error on the product.
What to send: Email support@theflyingfrog.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.
Not Eligible
- Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart before ordering).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
Shipping Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, first check with neighbors, your building office, or your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
